Four Pillar Review

So preparing for the final i realized i didnt know much about the Four Pillars in the Hunstman School of Business.  Pillar one: To have global vision is a must. The world is moving fast and in some way everything connects or affects me personally. What you do in this world will affect someone else as well as yourself. Pillar Two: Ethical leadership, helps out with the long run. For those who follow the short run process will eventually have to catch up with everyone else and lack the key principles. Pillar Three: Analytical rigor, the know-how that drives every successful business. Those businesses who dont manage the time of the employees and use there resources to their fullest extent, will not succeed in any circumstance. Pillar 4, the last pillar: Entrepreneurial spirit, the personal drive to want to succeed. Knowing what you are doing is a major part but you also need to help those who are struggling. All of these pillars help define those successful and respectful people who attend the school of business.
